SCOPA receives Quality Standards Award

I am very pleased and proud to report that we have recently received a Quality Standards Award for our SCOPA project.  The award came as a result of a quality standards audit conducted by two of our SCOPA volunteers, Marie Fulwood and Lynda Snape, and is overseen by the Older People’s Advocacy Alliance.  I am already aware that users of our services, including the SCOPA project, receive advocacy support of the very highest quality but it is so good to be able to demonstrate this with an award such as this.  I am sure you would all join me in congratulating the SCOPA staff and volunteers on such a fantastic achievement.
